Healthy food for everyone
The food we serve our guests is part of our vision. Meeting participants will enjoy plenty of vegetables, legumes and root vegetables, along with a selection of proteins. Everyone can tailor their lunch to their own personal preferences. Banquet and wedding guests enjoy menus based on the season and particular occasion.
Mingle or buffet-style lunch – which one suits you best?
Lunch is served on the 3rd floor right next to the meeting rooms, with excellent mingle and exhibition opportunities if so required. For larger meetings, the chance to stretch your legs during breaks is a bonus, helping to create energy and promote participation.
Focusing on energy content and ingredients, we serve fresh juices, salads, a wrap or similar, as well as a hot dish. Everything is served with the aim of providing natural energy so that participants are revitalised for the afternoon session. Vegetarian, lactose- and gluten-free options are always available.
Our extensive, fresh lunch buffet is available for those who would rather sit down and rest their feet. We serve 3 different hot dishes; meat, fish and vegetarian, with delicious extras. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee after your meal, with a delicious dessert.
