Travel agent discount

As a travel agent for Scandic you will receive discounts when you stay with us privately. All you need is a membership of Scandic Friends. Additionally, you will be upgraded to Level 2 in our loyalty program Scandic Friends and will receive better benefits and discounts. If you haven't already a membership you can apply here and now.



Don't miss out on your  discount

Apply for your Scandic Friends-membership by filling in the form below and you'll automatically be upgraded to Level 2, and your travel agent discount at Scandic will be valid immediately. Even if you're already a member of our loyalty program you'll need to register again. Please note that when you stay at the travel agent's rate, you won't earn points or nights towards a higher membership level or receive other membership benefits or discounts.   • Can be booked no earlier than 5 weeks in advance.
  • Rooms are offered subject to availability.
  • The rate includes breakfast and VAT.
  • Valid for you and your partner (same address) and your children.
  • Payment due at time of stay.
  • Please show a valid Scandic Friends-membership, ID and a document (e.g a business card, a credit card with the company name, a website where you and your colleagues appear or an email address) confirming which travel agency you work for. If no document can confirm which travel agency you work for, you will be charged the best available rate we can offer at that time.

Not a member yet? 
To be able to upgrade you, you need a become a member and receive a membership number. The membership number will be sent to the email address you enter when joining. 

Where do I find my membership number?
Log in to your profile and find your membership number under "My pages". You can also find your membership number in an email from us. Search for Scandic Friends in your inbox, and you'll find the number at the very end.
