  • What is the Brekkie Deal?

    Kick-start your day with our Brekkie Deal, available every day between 06:00 and noon. A savory sandwich and a rich cup of coffee for only 69 SEK / 79 NOK / 6.9 EUR.

  • How does the self-service work?

    At Scandic Go, you can use your phone for most things. Check in and out, cast your favorite movie to the in-room screen, and order food and drinks with just a few taps. If you need anything else, our team is also available on site 24/7!

  • Are there lockers available?

    If they’re not already taken, you can store your stuff in our luggage lockers before you check in and after you’ve checked out. As easy as it gets – just pick your code, lock it up, and you’re good to go. Now you can skip around town light as a feather!

  • Is there a place to shop essentials?

    Forgot something at home? Don’t worry, you’ll find toothpaste, toothbrushes and other travel essentials in our lounge – it’s filled with useful stuff.

  • Can I do laundry at the hotel?

    Need to freshen up your outfit? Put the washer to work. Discover our laundry room, complete with washer, dryer, and ironing gear. Located in the lounge and free to use for all our guests.

  • Are shower products provided?

    We’ve got your basics covered! In every room, you'll find our freshly scented shampoo and body wash combo. Certified with the highest Swedish eco-standard, of course.

  • What about room cleaning?

    We like to think green and try to avoid unnecessary cleaning to save water and energy. If you’d like extra cleaning during your stay, it can easily be booked at the hotel for 99 SEK / 99 NOK / 9 EUR.
