Check in early, check out late

Why wait around when you can start your stay sooner or linger a little longer? Book an early check-in from 10:00 or opt for a late check-out until 16:00. Each option is priced separately.

Make your stay extra special

Add something extra when booking your stay on our website or in our app after booking. Pre-order snacks, refreshing drinks, and fresh fruit to your room and turn your stay into an even more memorable experience. As a Scandic Friends member, you can also choose to pay with points. Simply log in when making your reservation to see available point payment options.

How do I add extras to my stay?

After booking your stay, you can add extras in any of the following ways:

On the booking confirmation page
Via the confirmation email by clicking the link 'View/cancel this booking'
Via the SMS message by clicking the link 'More info'
You can also find and manage your booking here

You can add extras until 23:59 o’clock the day before arrival. The extras will be delivered to your room on the day of arrival. Entrance tickets/wristbands or similar will be waiting for you at reception.

What can I buy?

The offer at our hotels may differ, but you will usually find different kind of beverages, such as wine, beer and sodas, as well as sweets and snacks. Perfect when you're arriving late or when you're celebrating.

Pay with Scandic Friends points

You can choose to pay with your Scandic Friends points. To pay with points you must be logged in when you start your reservation. You’ll then also see how many points you have to spend.

You earn Scandic Friends points from the extras you purchase (excluding alcohol). Note, you do not earn Scandic Friends points on services paid for with Scandic Friends points. If you are not yet a member, join when booking!
