Restaurant Nova is 1 of 5 lounge rooms that together make up Novastuene. The lounge rooms are flexible and can be used separately or together for breakfast, lunch or dinner parties. With balconies and large, beautiful windows with views of Byparken park and lake Lille Lungegårdsvann, they create the perfect setting for different gatherings.
Our delicious breakfast is also served in Novastuene. We like to give our guests a good start to the day with the best ingredients and tastes that Norway in general, and Western Norway in particular, have to offer. We have a strong focus on local food in our breakfast buffet. Among other things, we serve home-made bacon and home-baked bread, of which we also have a gluten free version.
Our breakfast is also open for guests who are not staying at our hotel and costs NOK 395.
