We have the largest hotel gym in the Nordic countries measuring over 1,000 sqm. Whether you‘re a guest at our hotel or a visitor, you can enjoy using top-of-the-line equipment and fitness machines. For safety reasons, there is an age limit of 18, but we allow training from 16 years accompanied by an adult.

Move by Holmenkollen Fitness is a cutting-edge workout centre offering everything you need in terms of equipment, guidance and inspiration to reach your fitness goals. A place where good service and flexibility are at the forefront, so you can train exactly the way you want and need.

This is what you’ll find here:
- Fully equipped fitness department with treadmills, spinning bikes, rowing machines, Ski Erg machines and cross trainers
- Complete range of workout equipment for the entire body
- Cardio zone, stretch/core zone, rig, lifting zone
- Strength training area to do bench presses, squats and deadlifts
- Area for functional strength training and stretching
- Our own Performance department with the finest in bicycles, rowing machines, treadmills etc.
As a hotel guest you have access to these areas
Move Basic department - free access is available here for hotel guests as well as visitors to our hotel. Our basic department offers you a fully equipped 600 sqm workout centre with all the equipment that can be expected from a fully fledged fitness facility. The Basic department consists of 6 different zones and is divided in the middle by a superb 40-metre running track which is embedded in the floor.
MOVE Performance department - offers a little extra space to move around in and more advanced workout equipment for those who value this. This 400 sqm department consists of 4 different zones (where personal training and functionality are focus), an artificial grass mat, a large group room and an exclusive lounge. You’ll also find a coffee/water station here as well as a towel service and your own personal locker. You pay NOK 250 to take advantage of this workout offer.
