No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Participants must be aged 18 or older.

By entering the giveaway, you agree to the full terms and conditions.

Giveaway Period & Winner selection

The giveaway runs from September 4 to September 14.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @scandichotels account.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Scandic reserves the right to select a new winner.

Prize

One winner will receive two Scandic gift cards covering a two-night stay at participating Scandic Hotels in the Nordic countries.

The prize is valid for two people sharing a double room and includes breakfast.

The gift cards are valid for one year from the date they are issued.

The gift cards can be used at any Scandic hotel in the Nordic countries, excluding Scandic Go hotels and Scandic Signature hotels: Grand Hotel Oslo by Scandic, Hotel Norge by Scandic, The Dock 69°39 by Scandic, Haymarket by Scandic, Downtown Camper by Scandic, Marski by Scandic, and Bassin Seven by Scandic.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

Any expenses exceeding the value of the gift card, including but not limited to transportation, room upgrades, additional meals, activities, taxes (where applicable), or other personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If you choose to participate in the giveaway, Scandic Hotels will process the personal data you provide for the purposes of:

• Administering the giveaway
• Selecting and contacting the winner
• Delivering and administering the prize

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Scandic Hotels' Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The winner is responsible for any taxes related to the prize, if applicable under local laws.

Scandic Hotels is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize.

Scandic Hotels will never request payment details, credit card information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information via direct message. Participants should remain vigilant against fraudulent accounts or impersonators.

Scandic Hotels reserves the right to exclude and remove entries without notice if an entry is deemed fraudulent, offensive, unlawful, inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise contrary to Scandic Hotels' values, policies, or these Terms & Conditions.

Scandic Hotels further reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.
