Room cleaning on request: For reasons of sustainability, we as a company have decided to offer room cleaning exclusively at the request of our guests. Would you like your room to be cleaned or do you need new towels? Simply request your room cleaning directly here via our digital concierge.

Baby equipment: We are happy to provide you with a baby crib free of charge on request.

Balcony: There is a limited number of rooms with a balcony. Please note this request in the comments field. Depending on availability, we will try to accommodate your request.

Bar: Our bar is currently closed. But in our Scandic Shop on the ground floor you will find a wide selection of drinks & snacks - available around the clock.

Accessibility: The Scandic Berlin Kurfürstendamm does not have any barrier-free rooms. If required, please enquire at Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz Numerous barrier-free rooms are available there.Our public areas and our meeting facilities are all fully accessible.

Extra comforter: Please let reception know if you need an extra comforter or pillow.

Payment: We are a cashless hotel. We accept VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, AirPlus, Union Pay and EC card payment.

Bus & public transport: You can reach the subway station "Augsburgerstraße" within a 2-minute walk and "Wittenbergplatz" within a 7-minute walk.

Iron & ironing board: All rooms are equipped with an ironing board and an iron.

Early check-in: We charge a fee of €20 for early arrivals from 10 am. On request and subject to availability.

Express check-out: You can pay your bill on the day of arrival or the day before departure in order to get a quick check-out on the day of departure. You can deposit your key card in the box at reception.

Bike rental: Our bicycles are available for a rental fee of 10 EUR for 4 hours / 15 EUR for one day. Please note that these cannot be reserved in advance and can only be used subject to availability.

Airport: The nearest airport is BER Berlin-Brandenburg Airport, which is approx. 24 km away. To get there directly, it is best to take a cab.

Breakfast: Our extensive breakfast buffet consists of many organic products and a large selection of gluten- and lactose-free products. Have you booked your overnight stay without breakfast? You are welcome to book it on site for EUR 21 per person. To our current breakfast times

Gym: We have a fitness room which you are welcome to use from 07:00 - 21:45 for your daily workout.

Lost and found: Are you missing something? Contact us by email at kurfuerstendamm@scandichotels.com and we will be happy to help you. We keep lost property for 6 months before we process, donate or recycle it.

Luggage storage: Please contact us if you would like us to store your luggage safely. We have a luggage room.

Towels: Please contact our reception if you require additional towels.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in hotel rooms by prior arrangement and at an extra charge of €20 per stay and per pet. We love dogs, but unfortunately have to inform you of the following due to bad experiences in the past: Unregistered dogs may not be accepted or may be charged an additional cleaning fee of €50. Unfortunately, your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant. The exception is assistance dogs.

Internet/WLAN: We offer free W-LAN throughout the house. Please select the network "scandic_easy", open your browser and select the button "click to connect" - you can start surfing! This login is valid for 24 hours and can be repeated as often as you like. If you have any problems with your Internet access, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Climate control: There is climate control in every room, as well as heating that you can adjust manually in the room.

Credit Cards: You can pay your room bill conveniently by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and EC cards.

Charging cable: We have charging cables which you can borrow from reception for a deposit of EUR 20.

Late check-out: You can use your room until 12 noon on the day of departure. We charge a fee of € 20 for late departures up to 4 pm. On request and subject to availability.

Parking: Our hotel has its own garage with 13 parking spaces. Price: 25 euros per day. Please note that prior reservation is not possible. The entrance is in Würzburger Straße. Further parking spaces are available nearby in the Apcoa parking garage opposite the hotel or in the Contipark parking garage at KaDeWe. Parking spaces cannot be reserved. Our reception staff will be happy to help you on the day of your arrival. Stop just before the main entrance and ask for the nearest parking facilities.

Personal trainers: You can book a personal trainer for individual sessions as part of our sports offer.

Smoking rooms: There are no smoking rooms in our hotel. You are welcome to use our benches in front of the hotel for smoking..

Invoicing: Do you need an invoice for your stay or do you wish to change the invoice recipient? Contact us by email at kurfuerstendamm@scandichotels.com .

Umbrellas: We offer umbrellas for hire at the hotel. You can pick them up at reception.

Travel tips for the surrounding area: Feel free to ask our team at the reception - they will give you perfect recommendations.

Restaurant: At the moment we do not offer an a la carte restaurant. You can find snacks and small dishes in our Scandic Shop, which is open around the clock.

Reception: Our reception is at your disposal at all times.

Rooms with bathtub: Our rooms are equipped with showers only.

Rooms with connecting door: Some of our rooms can be extended with a connecting door. When booking online, please let us know in the comments field if you would like a room with a connecting door, which we can allocate subject to availability.
