Soothing blue on the walls, colorful variety on the plates. The culinary highlight of the day awaits in the H²O Restaurant. Our breakfast is at least 50 % organic.

We make getting up fun. Don't you think so? Then try it out for yourself and spend the night with us. As in all Scandic Hotels, we at Scandic Hamburg Emporio also offer a varied breakfast buffet, where everyone is guaranteed to find their morning favorites. Whether it's an omelette or fruit - we always focus on seasonal and regional foods. At least 50 percent of it is organic, such as the bread from a local organic bakery, and the coffee is of course fair trade (GfRS inspection bodies: DE-ÖKO-039). The waffle station delights guests of all ages every day. Lactose-free milk, gluten-free baked treats and a separate range for allergy sufferers are also a matter of course for us. And there's no need to mention that we prefer to source everything from sustainable sources.

Please note: In case you've made a booking excluding breakfast, you can still add it to your stay on site for EUR 26 per person per day. All Scandic hotels offer breakfast at no extra cost for children under 13 years.
