Our team member card is now an integrated part of Scandic Friends, our loyalty program. To get started, simply sign up for Scandic Friends. Once you’ve joined, you’ll be able to link your Scandic employment to your membership, giving you access to employee perks online.

Can I still use my physical Team Member Card?
You will be able to use your physical card during a transition period. The card will be phased out by the end of 2026.
I’m a senior (retiree), how do I get access?
When you retire from Scandic, you can continue to use your Team Member benefits. If you have a physical Senior Team Member Card, please contact HR in your home country for more information.
Can I use this as a temporary worker?
Yes, the benefit is available for all team members employed by Scandic and our Franchise hotels.
