The Pool & Spa
You can enjoy pampered treatment at our relaxing and comfortable spa facilities such as a heated pool, sauna, cold shower, steam bath and a wonderful relaxation area with daybeds. You also have free access to our ultra-modern fitness room if you like.
In The Pool & Spa at Hotel Norge which is run by Viva Spa, you can treat both your body and soul and recharge your energy during your otherwise busy day.

Monday–Sunday 08:00–20:00
Access
The spa department is open to both resident and external guests. Advance booking is recommended, as drop-in is only possible if there is available capacity and cannot be guaranteed.
Age limit
- Lower age limit: 5 years
- Children from 5 to 15 years of age only have access to the pool area from 08:00 to 10:00, and must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Guests must be over 16 years old to use the spa unaccompanied
- Swimming is at your own risk
Admission fee
For current hotel guests above the age of 16:
Monday–Friday NOK 195
Saturday–Sunday NOK 250
For children under the age of 16 admission is free only from 08:00 to 10:00, and only when accompanied by an adult who has paid the entrance fee. Admission outside of this time frame is not allowed, even with payment.

- Padlock for locker
- Water (still or sparkling)
All equipment can be collected at the Pool & Spa reception.
