Our largest conference hall can accommodate 782 people in a theatre-style configuration or 420 people for a banquet. Maximum capacity is 1,850 people. All our meeting rooms are equipped with the latest high-quality technology. Everything, including WiFi, wireless audio induction loops, projectors and other audio-visual equipment is readily available, and all our equipment is easy to use. All our meeting rooms have large windows and good, environmentally friendly ventilation. Having a meeting at Scandic should be easy. Our hotel is located 45 minutes by car from Oslo Gardermoen Airport.
