The hotel has flexible conference facilities with seven meeting rooms that can accommodate between 15 and 300 people for conferences as well as celebrations. Of course, the rooms can be adapted as needed.
The largest conference room is on the entrance floor and can be divided into two parts called the North & South Banquet, named after Kebnekaise's north and south peaks. The room and its atmosphere suits both conference and party.
The remaining five rooms are located on the first floor. They have a large breakout area with coffee stations and easy access to the restaurant and lobby. There’s also a skywalk leading directly to the congress hall in Kulturhuset. (The congress hall houses cinema seating for 410 people, banquet hall for up to 1400 people when mingling and four conference rooms).
