You step right from the quay into our personal and welcoming hotel. You’ll find everything you need here from early morning until late night. Our kitchen, bar and restaurant serve healthy, inspirational dishes made with local ingredients with a special focus on sustainability. Our outdoor terrace is ideally located right next to the sea, or you can visit our roof terrace and admire the view!
We have launched a number of initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint. Our menu is 70% plant based and designed around locally produced Swedish ingredients. The aim is to reduce the need for long transport journeys and large loads and instead favour local farming.
Our menu includes descriptions of how climate smart our dishes are. Here you can choose protein produced in Sweden, plant-based dishes, and organic wine and draft beer from Europe.
