The reservation can be changed, but it cannot be canceled and the payment is non-refundable. Changes to the reservation can be made through the booking service. The arrival date, number of nights, room type, and number of guests can be modified. A single reservation cannot be split into multiple reservations, and the hotel cannot be changed. Any increase in room price due to changes must be paid upon check-in. Changes leading to a lower room price than the prepaid amount will not be refunded. Reservations can be changed until 6:00 PM local time on the arrival day. Breakfast is included in the price. VAT is included in the price.
