Curious about how to pay your invoice in installments?
Not sure when your invoice is due?
Consider 10 days from the date you receive your invoice from us as the standard payment window. You have the flexibility to pay the full amount or, alternatively, make a partial payment (minimum 3% of the total, or approximately SEK 100).
Interested in paying by e-invoice?
Simply connect via your internet bank. Ready to switch to e-invoices? Locate your account number, which you'll find on your account statement, through the Spendwise app or by logging into My Card.
Missing your invoice but want to make a payment?
All you need is our bank giro number 526-9956 and your OCR number which you'll find on the invoice. Remember, your invoices always have the same OCR number. You can always find your payment details via the Spendwise app or by logging into My Card.
Looking to increase your purchase limit?
You can boost your limit up to 20% of your annual income. Apply via the Spendwise app or login to My Card for an instant reply!
Want to pay online with your card?
Absolutely! Visit My Card and change your settings in the Card Services section.
You can close the card for online purchases but open it again for an hour when you're ready to shop online. As a customer, you're always protected against financial losses. As long as you haven't been careless with your card and followed the conditions, you're all good!
You can now also pay your bills via the Spendwise app, available to download from the App Store, Google Play Store.
Feeling unsure about shopping online?
We implement safety measures for online purchases, which may require you to manually activate your card for shopping at certain online stores. This is to safeguard you against potential fraud. To ensure seamless and secure online shopping, please confirm we have your current mobile phone number. If your purchase is paused on a website, we consider potentially unsafe, we'll send you an SMS notification. Respond, and your card will be open for online purchases for one hour. You can repeat this process for subsequent online purchases.
Thinking about adding your card in a Digital Wallet?
It’s a great option! You can use apps on your phone, smartwatch, tablet, or computer to manage your cards while shopping in stores. For example, Samsung Pay is a popular digital wallet choice. Simply select the card you wish to use for payment and add it to your digital wallet. You can always switch to another card as needed.
Need to withdraw cash using your card?
You can do that, but keep in mind some ATMs have withdrawal limits: SEK 10,000 within 24 hours, or SEK 24,000 within 4 days. The cost for withdrawals is 2% of the amount withdrawn, with a minimum fee of SEK 40.
Lost your card?
No worries! Go to the Spendwise app or login to My Card and block it as soon as possible. Or call the blocking service at +46 774 24 24 24 – available 24/7.
Forgot your PIN?
You can see your pin via the Spendwise app or login to My Card.
Want to change your PIN?
Go ahead and change it at any ATM machine.
Want to use your card for contactless payments?
You can easily tap and pay for purchases under SEK 200 without entering your PIN. For amounts over SEK 200, you can use contactless payments with the entry of your PIN when prompted. If you prefer not to use contactless payments, reach out to our Customer Service for assistance.
Spotted an oddball purchase on your invoice?

Is your PIN blocked?
You don't have to order a new card but please get in touch with Customer Service at 08-14 68 30 to unlock the code. Remember to have your card handy when you call.
Want to peek at your card balance?
Just log into My Card to find the latest. You can also switch on an SMS service to keep an eye on your balance. You set this up under "Card Services" on My Card. You can now check your balance using the Spendwise app. Download it from your app store.
Waiting on your welcome points that was promised when you applied for the card?
Hang tight! You just need to swipe your card 3 times within the first 30 days and ensure your card is still active. Those points appear in your account roughly 30 days from your purchase.

Curious about where to track down your bonus points earned with your Scandic Friends Mastercard?
Follow your points trail via the super handy Spendwise app or right over at My Card. You can view your points as soon as they are credited to your account and check out your earnings over the last 12 months. For a full look at your total points earned and how many points you have to book free nights, just log into your Scandic Friends member profile and head to My Pages. Your Mastercard points will be added to My Pages around the 10th, a month after your purchase.

As a member, you have the chance to level up multiple times in a year, but as we're committed to being a sustainable company, we avoid sending out new cards each time this happens. Your membership number is printed on the back of your card and your current membership level is available in the app and My Pages when you login to your Scandic Friends profile. And, of course, at the hotel reception, you can simply ask!
