This partnership allows Trumf members to convert their Trumf Bonus into Scandic Friends points.
Who can convert Trumf Bonus to Scandic Friends points?
You must be a Trumf member and have or create a Scandic Friends account.
How do I get started?
Link your Trumf account with your Scandic Friends account and choose how you want to convert your bonus.
Can I choose between automatic and manual conversion?
Yes. You can choose to convert bonus manually (one time) or set up automatic ongoing conversion.
How it works in terms of points
- One time transfer of an amount chosen by the member. Handled manually by the member. For one time transfers 1 NOK in Trumf bonus = 20 Scandic Friends points.
- An automatic conversion where the member chooses the amount to be transfered. Points are converted as soon as the Trumf balance reaches the amount chosen.
Do I need to link my accounts?
Yes. For security reasons, you must link your Trumf and Scandic Friends accounts before converting bonus.
Can I unlink my accounts later?
Yes, you can unlink your accounts at any time.
When will my points be available in Scandic Friends?
Converted points are credited to your Scandic Friends account after the transfer is completed.
Can I reverse the transfer?
No. The point conversion is one way only – from Trumf to Scandic Friends. Converted points cannot be changed or reversed once they have been completed and points cannot be transferred back to Trumf.
For how long are the Scandic Friends points valid?
The converted points will have a expiration date of 36 months.
