Terms
Offer is valid for stays between 1–30 November 2025 at participating Scandic hotels in Stockholm. Scandic Friends members must register for the promotion between 15 October and 30 November 2025 before their stay within the promotion period.
Registered Scandic Friends members will earn double points per qualifying stay during the promotion period. A qualifying stay is defined as a minimum of one (1) night booked at a qualifying rate through Scandic’s official channels (website, app, call center, or directly with the hotel). Bookings made through third parties (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) do not qualify. Stays completed before registration or outside the promotion period are not eligible. Registration may only be completed once per member.
There is no limit to the total amount of points that may be earned during the promotion period with this offer. However, all standard Scandic Friends Terms and Conditions regarding qualification and accrual of points apply.
Participation in this promotion is subject to the Scandic Friends Membership Terms and Conditions. Scandic reserves the right to correct or withdraw points credited in error, and to suspend, amend, or cancel the promotion at any time. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Scandic’s Privacy Policy.

Are all rates included in the promotion?

Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. Scandic Friends members must register to participate.

If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as you register for the promotion before check-out. Regardless of when the reservation was made, any registered member with stays during the promotion period will receive the points.

When will the double points be added to my Scandic Friends account?
The points will appear in your Scandic Friends account after your stay is completed. If you do not see them right after check-out, please allow a few days before contacting us.

If I check in before 1 November 2025 or check out after 30 November 2025, do I still earn double points for that stay?
Yes. All eligible nights that fall between 1 November and 30 November 2025 earn double points. If your stay starts before the promotion period, only the nights from 1 November onward qualify; if your stay continues into December, only the nights up to and including 30 November qualify.

Can I register for other promotions if I register for this one?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other promotions, you can register for multiple promotions at the same time.
