Korkeasaari is located about a 20-minute journey from the center of Helsinki. You can reach the zoo by land or sea: year-round by crossing the bridge connecting Korkeasaari and Mustikkamaa, and in summer by waterbus from the Market Square.
Bus 16 from Helsinki Central Station. The bus operates year-round from Rautatientori directly to the ticket sales at Mustikkamaa.
Waterbus to Korkeasaari from the Market Square. Operates daily from June to August, and on weekends in May and September.
