Removing plastic

As a part of our sustainability program, we're looking to remove all single-use disposable items made of plastic at all our hotels in all countries.

As a part of our sustainability program, we have removed all single-use disposable items made of plastic.

Straws and cocktail sticks made of plastic have been removed from all our hotels. In total, we’re taking approximately 1.3 million straws and 120 000 cocktail sticks out of circulation on a yearly basis.
Plastic lids are replaced with eco-friendly lids for the take away coffee mug.
Tooth brushes in plastic are replaced with tooth brushes in bamboo.

We are offering eco-friendly straws at our bars and restaurants for guests who need them, for example, people with special needs.
