We have the courage to spot trends and combine tasty ingredients in new ways, to both surprise and delight. Nothing is left to chance when we serve culinary delight, quality and excellent produce in each dish.

You can always be certain that your steak is sumptuous. Our kitchen have the award-winning Finnish Natural Cattle from Freygaard in the ripening cabinet and cut it out to the best steaks.

In a rustic setting around the open kitchen we cultivate the natural, the simple and the intimate. Maintaining respect for the atmosphere and good taste. And you'll return to L’øst over and over again.
