Our restaurant on the first floor will treat you to beautiful views of Oresund as well as an exquisite menu focusing on healthy and sustainable dishes made with Danish ingredients. In the morning, you’ll find our classic breakfast buffet here, which ensures a perfect start to your day.

At SEATING, we celebrate the local area, Danish nature and the welcoming, informal atmosphere that characterises Scandic.

Our passionate chefs create delicious dishes inspired by the seasons, Oresund’s roaring waves, the lively beach park and the wild, raw nature on the island of Saltholm. Whether you’re looking for new food tasting experiences or well-known favourites, we have something for you. The fish is caught sustainably in the seas around Denmark, and the meat comes from the award-winning Finnish Natural Cattle from Freygaard, and is prepared and taken to a higher level with the best edible herbs that nature offers.
