Our top priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and team members. To ensure this, we have established strict procedures and routines in our hotel regarding cleaning, distance regulations and our food and beverage offerings.

Our protective measures:

  • A face mask is now part of our uniform.
  • Our reception staff will welcome you behind plexiglass protection.
  • You will find distance markings on the floor in all relevant areas in accordance with official regulations.
  • Loose objects such as pens, notepads and information material are removed from the rooms and meeting rooms.
  • Exclusive single rides in our lifts await you.
  • When allocating rooms, we naturally ensure that the greatest possible distance is maintained between the rooms.
  • In all areas of the hotel you will find hygiene dispensers for hand disinfection.
  • For your health we have increased the proportion of organic products at our breakfast
  • During the implementation of the buffet ban, we will provide you with a healthy, safe and sustainable offer.
  • Our team goes through regular hygiene training routines to ensure your safety
  • All handles, buttons and surfaces are cleaned intensively and at short intervals
  • Your room cleaning is only done on request to reduce contacts during your stay
  • The hotel linen is hygienically cleaned by our laundries
  • We use fine dust filters in our ventilation and air conditioning systems
  • Insert your room card in our box at the reception for a contactless check-out.

Further Changes: Facilities such as our restaurant, bar, gym and sauna may be temporarily closed. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.

Please note: Persons, who have spent time in a risk area at any specific period within 14 days , may be subject to quarantine under the specific quarantine ordinances issued by the competent federal state (Land). We kindly ask for your understanding that in this case, we cannot accommodate the persons concerned.

Balcony: Our hotel rooms do not have balconies.

Accessible rooms: Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer has 10 accessible rooms. Some of these rooms have adjustable beds. The hallways and doors in these rooms are at least 80 cm wide.

Bicycle hire: Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer bicycle hire.

Breakfast: Our extensive breakfast buffet consists of many organic products and a wide range of gluten-free and lactose-free products (Mon-Fri 06:30-10:00 / Sat-Sun 06:30-11:00).

Parking: Our hotel does not have an underground car park. We have an arrangement with Hotel Intercontinental, which means we can use their car park. The cost is EUR 3.90 per hour or EUR 39 per day. There are also 2 electric charging stations in the car park. The entrance is on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Strasse 43. More parking spaces are available in the car park on Baseler Platz, where you can park for EUR 28 per day. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces.

Smoking rooms: Our hotel does not have any smoking rooms. If you wish to smoke you are welcome to use the large terrace next to our restaurant.

Restaurant: Our buffet restaurant offers a business lunch for EUR 15.50, available Mon-Fri from 12:00 to 14:00. In our à la carte restaurant (Mon-Sat 17:00-22:00), you can choose between regional, seasonal and Swedish dishes. For reservations and special requests please call +49 69 907459 360

Fitness/Sauna: Our gym is open daily from 06:00-22:00 and has weight, endurance and gymnastic equipment. Our hotel does not have a sauna.

Late check in: Are you planning to arrive later than 18:00? In order that we can guarantee your booking, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +49 69 907459 0 (Extension 6), so that we can lodge your valid credit card number.

Suites with 2 rooms: You can enjoy separate sleeping and living rooms in our master suites. The suites also have panoramic views.

Room amenities: All rooms are equipped with coffee/tea making facilities incl. kettle and coffee machine, iron/ironing board, laptop safe, telephone, television and air conditioning. The minibar in our superior and master suite categories is refilled daily at no cost.

Rooms with bathtub: Many of our rooms are fitted with a bathtub. When booking online, please use the comment box if you wish to reserve a room with bathtub.
