Located on the 4th floor, our fitness studio offers a wide range of ultra-modern fitness equipment. Access is free to hotel guests and the gym is open 24 hours a day, so you are welcome to work out whenever suits you best.



Look after your health!

If you prefer to exercise outdoors, you can borrow a bicycle and cycle around beautiful Bergen, free of charge. If jogging is more your thing, please contact reception. We can help you with tips for long and short running routes in the surrounding area.

We also offer Yoga in our studios on the 2nd floor. We mainly practice Vinyasa, also called Flow. Here, movement is coordinated with breathing so that one flows from one pose to the next, to find balance in body and soul. See more about Yoga here.
