Our goal is to retain the unique character of the ingredients, which is why we prepare all our food from scratch. In the middle of our restaurant, we have a wood-fired baking oven in use every day. We use the oven to make bread and pizza, and it creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.
We have capacity for 130 guests. 'Glassgården', the main room in our restaurant, has capacity for 85 guests. There is room for 45 people in the separate area, 'Grillen'. This room can be used for private parties or be opened up for larger events.
