Our largest meeting room, The Grand Container, is one of our hotel’s many gems. It has a ceiling height of 6 metres, a container-inspired interior design and can accommodate 900 seated and 1,000 standing guests.

The Grand Container can be configured for different functions and sizes thanks to movable walls and lighting solutions. The large breakout spaces and easy access to the bar, restaurant, café, lobby and cloakrooms allow maximum opportunities for configuring and adapting the space according to customer preference.

As well as The Grand Container, we offer 16 creative meeting rooms of various sizes that are suitable for quick and efficient hybrid meetings, as well as cool product launches or large conferences.

Whether you’re staying for a few hours or a few days, we guarantee you a space for creative and inspirational meetings. All meeting rooms have been named after the world’s largest ports, and names such as Shanghai, Louisiana and Rotterdam help set the mood for your meeting. We will, of course, help you design a menu based on local ingredients, incorporating global flavours and influences.

All meeting rooms are furnished with sustainability in mind; for example, you can rest your feet on a carpet made from recycled fishing nets and plastic bottles recovered from the sea. You can hold meetings for 2 to 200 people.
