You'll find our American brasserie located one floor up in beautiful 1920s themed surroundings. American food culture meets Southern European cuisine, just as it did when many Southern Europeans immigrated to the US in the early 1900s. The restaurant is a tribute to Paul Urbanus Bergström, menswear pioneer and founder of the PUB department store. It is said that Paul U. was partial to a succulent steak for dinners and parties with Champagne in the spirit of 'Great Gatsby'…

Drop by our bar for a bite to eat or enjoy a delicious dinner with someone special. Our welcoming dining area with its warm, personal service will make you want to linger with colleagues, friends or that special someone. The à la carte menu consists of greens, fish and, above all, meat. We think that grilled foods are delicious all year round, so don’t miss our mixed grill, where you can try a little of everything. Hotel classics such as burgers and Caesar salad are of course also available on the menu. See you soon!

Paul’s restaurant is ideal for larger groups. We have seating for up to 28 people at a long table and options for screening off sections of seating for those who want to have more privacy.

PAUL'S CHRISTMAS TABLE

From November 26 to December 21, we serve a classic Christmas table that fills the hotel with herring, salmon, meatballs, cheese, bread and, most importantly, a candy room of dignified proportions. Of course, we have special food for those who wish it. Book your Christmas at the Christmas hotel.

PAUL’S LUNCH BUFFET

An obvious choice for anyone who loves good, well-prepared food but has difficulty deciding on a single dish. Choose from filling and fresh salads, soups with homemade bread and our hot dishes of the day, which always include a mix of meat/fowl, fish and greens.

Coffee and delicious pastries from our own pastry shop are also included. If you wish to pick up a food container that you fill from the buffet, we will give you 20% off the price.

Our pastry chefs are always happy to bake cakes for that special occasion or if you just really like cakes (see the menu below).

Americain is a sophisticated cocktail bar with historical influences and Caribbean vibes. A modern-day version of hotel bars from ‘the good old days’. Snacks and light meals from Paul's brasserie are served here, in addition to elegant, well-mixed cocktails.
