Our food philosophy

Most of our hotels have restaurants and our chefs are ready to serve you a delicious meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our food is influenced by Nordic flavours and from around the world.



By using the app Karma (Sweden) and Too Good To Go (Denmark and Norway), we work to reduce the food waste as much as possible. For half price or less, you can buy hotel breakfasts, lunches, conference snacks or dinners that are left over from the day's service at our hotels throughout Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

And we also serve Fairtrade coffee at most of our hotels.

Plastic waste is one of the biggest environmental challenges. That is why we decided to remove all plastic straws and cocktail sticks from our hotels. Removing the straws might sound like a small step. But it's an important one, in our work to be leaders in sustainability in the hotel industry.
