The process: Step by step
Applying for a job with us should feel easy and safe. Even though only one person will get the job, we want you to be informed and treated with respect throughout the process. Here's what you can expect from us when you apply for a position at Scandic:
1. Application
When you find a role you’re interested in, we’d love to hear from you. In your application, highlight the experience and skills that are most relevant to the position. We review every application carefully and will always get back to you – whether you move forward or not. Our aim is to share feedback as soon as we can.
2. Interviews and tests
Depending on the role, the interview process may vary. For some positions, we use assessments as a complement to help build a more objective overall picture. If you’re invited to complete a test, you’ll receive clear instructions in advance - and you’re always welcome to ask the recruiter any questions along the way.
3. References
When everything feels right, we’ll ask for your references and contact them.

As early as possible in the process, you’ll receive information about salary range, employment terms, and benefits. At this stage, we’ll present everything in detail, and you’ll have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions to fully understand your offer.
