Join our 1.5 hour Saunagus with some of Denmark’s best 'Gus Master' at Scandic CPH Strandpark, where you’ll be spoiled during three beautiful and warm gus sessions, with the opportunity to take a dip in the sea at Oresund. Different types of gus sessions are held continuously where gusmeisters pamper you with their specialities.

What is a saunagus?

Saunagus is a unique sauna experience which mixes aromatherapy, warmth, enjoyment, meditation and socialising. The 'Gus Masters' guide you through each session and with their towels, water and various blends of essential oils, they ensure that you enjoy a unique experience.

Good advice:

To get the best saunagus experience, make sure to eat and drink before you arrive to avoid getting dehydrated from the heat. Remember to bring your swimwear, a water bottle and slippers. 

Please note: access to the wellness facilities and pool is not included. Guests are welcome to use the changing rooms between 18.00 and 20.00

Embark on a soothing wellness experience that nurtures both body and mind with distinct healing practices, held in english.

Soundbath
Start your journey by lying comfortably near the pool, where you'll be enveloped in the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and gentle percussion. These vibrations help balance your energy and guide you into deep relaxation and meditation.

Wellness Break
After the Soundbath, take a peaceful break in the wellness area. Hydrate and let the benefits of the sound healing settle in.
This full journey leaves you feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and balanced, reconnecting you with your inner peace.

We pay exclusive attention to kids, introducing them an enchanting and peaceful world all whilst still respecting the facilities and relaxing surroundings.

Please note that we greatly value our guests' privacy and right to relax. The use of mobile phones is therefore not allowed in our wellness area.
