Scandic Helsinki Hub’s versatile spaces are available 24/7, and you’re welcome even if you’re not staying at the hotel. You can choose spaces designed specifically for work or relax in our comfortable lobby areas.
If you need some privacy for a remote meeting, you can book one of our private workspaces for €15/hour or a hotel room for the whole day!

What could be better than starting the day with a hotel breakfast, continuing to work in our coworking spaces, enjoying a refreshing lunch during your workday, releasing the day’s stress in the gym, and relaxing in our sauna?
The coworking menu is available on weekdays from 11:00–15:00 and during the restaurant’s opening hours. Orders can be made in the conference lounge or at the restaurant during opening hours.
Coworking at an introductory price
- Coworking €10/person/day (regular €19/person/day)
- Coworking + hotel breakfast €25/person/day (regular €29/person/day)
- Coworking + sauna and gym access €15/person/day
- Coworking + hotel breakfast + sauna and gym access €30/person/day
The price of the workspace includes fast and reliable Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, sparkling or still water, a 10% discount on food in the shop, restaurant, and bar, as well as copying services. You can also book a private workspace for €15 per hour (subject to availability, bookable together with the coworking service).

Rules and Terms
The coworking service can only be purchased at the hotel. The promotional price is valid at Scandic Helsinki Hub until further notice. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance, but a workspace is always guaranteed. If your preferred workspace is taken, our staff will assist you in finding another.
Your receipt serves as proof and must be presented when using the coworking space or benefits. The 10% discount on food is valid in the shop, restaurant, and bar every day for up to 5 people. The price includes complimentary still and sparkling water, but does not include drinks from the shop.
Meeting rooms are available subject to availability in connection with the coworking service and can be booked for a maximum of three (3) hours.
