About the hotel
Situated right off the motorway and just outside the city, Scandic Växjö boasts reachable attractions in all directions. You’ll stay just opposite Växjö’s largest shopping centre and only a few minutes’ walk from the Arenastaden sports complex, where you can play a wide range of sports.
You can take a dip in our pool, relax in our sauna, or squeeze in a workout at the gym. Enjoy a good meal in our restaurant or get down to business in one of our three 45-person capacity meeting rooms. Smaland Airport is only a 7-minute drive away.
When you stay at Scandic Växjö, you can go for a swim at the nearby Växjö pool complex or, if you prefer, at one of Vaxjo’s many beaches by Helgasjon lake. If golf is more to your liking, there are three golf courses within a 15 minute car ride from our hotel. The kids can stay delightfully busy at Leos Lekland play centre or, if you prefer, the Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket) is 30 min away by car. The surrounding area is filled with exciting sights and adventures just waiting to be discovered.
