New Friends (level 1) get a 10% discount and Good Friends (level 2) – Best Friends (level 7) get a 15% discount on food at our restaurants and hotels shops during weekends and selected holidays.
Discount on food is valid from friday to sunday, whether you're a guest or just dropping by. This offer covers our restaurants, shops, and cafés at all locations for groups of up to 6 people. Please note that some exclusions may apply, such as beverages, dinner packages, and select items from the hotel shop. This cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
This benefit is only valid for purchases made at our hotels and does not apply to online bookings. It is valid for breakfast bought at the hotels, but reimbursement for pre-purchased breakfast online will not be provided.
All friends will receive a complimentary kids mocktail for each child included in the booking and stay (up to 12 years old). Kids can enjoy a free mocktail at the bar by presenting a coupon or card received at the front desk during check-in.
Friends from Close Friend (level 3) – Best Friend (level 7) can enjoy a complimentary late checkout of +1 hour, subject to availability at check-in. This benefit cannot be pre-booked for free and is not applicable when the booking is done through external agents/sources, such as booking.com. Friends that would like to extend their stay beyond the +1 hour late checkout, a fee of approx. 20 EUR/hour will apply.
Close Friends (level 3) to Best Friends (level 7) receive one restaurant voucher per night when staying with qualifying rates. Upon check-in, friends can choose between getting the restaurant voucher or extra qualification points for each voucher. This decision is made for the entire stay at check-in and cannot be changed during the stay. Please keep in mind that vouchers cannot be swapped for points at checkout.

During your stay at the hotel, the vouchers provided are valid for food and beverage purchases, excluding strong liquor, giving you the opportunity to enjoy snacks like crisps and nuts from the bar. You can use multiple vouchers each day, with a maximum of 5 vouchers accepted per bill at restaurants or shops within the hotel. Whether dining at the restaurant, grabbing a bite at the bar, shopping, or settling your bill at check-out if charges are billed to your room, these vouchers can cover your expenses.
Additionally, they can be applied towards ancillary services, such as food and beverage packages, that follow the guidelines of the voucher. Remember that these vouchers are personalized and cannot be transferred to others, although you can use them to pay for someone else. While these vouchers do not hold a cash value and any remaining amount post-use will not be reimbursed, they can be used as a discount for pay-tv services as well.
Vouchers may be combined with the 10% and 15% food discounts on weekends, but please note that they cannot be combined with other package offers.
Dear Friends (level 4) to Best Friends (level 7) have the option to check in earlier than the standard check-in time without prior notification, provided that the room is available. Please note that this benefit is not applicable when the booking is done through an external agent or source, such as Booking.com.
Loyal Friends (level 5) to Best Friends (level 7) are offered the opportunity to receive complimentary upgrades as they become available. This benefit is automatically activated and used without any action required from the friend.
Loyal Friends (level 5) can enjoy a 2-for-1 offer on breakfast, whether staying at the hotel or just visiting. Members are welcome to bring along one extra person when identified through their friendship profile, making it a cozy meal for two (not valid for larger groups).
If breakfast was already included in the room booking, bringing a guest along for free is not permitted. The 2-for-1 breakfast benefit cannot be combined with other benefits and is subject to restaurant availability.

True Friends (level 6) – Best Friends (level 7) are guaranteed a room even if the hotel is fully booked.
Simply book directly with the hotel or through our central system at least 48 hours ahead of your arrival to snag this exclusive perk. While we can't guarantee specific room types, we're all about making your stay cozy and comfortable.
Remember, last room availability rates like Corporate Cheque or special deals don't apply here, but you can use Corporate Cheque rates for a partial payment, with any outstanding balance to be settled by credit card. If breakfast was paid for separately or included in a booking, reimbursement for the breakfast will not be provided later. This "Free breakfast – always" benefit is subject to availability at the restaurant. This benefit is not valid for take away.

Best Friends (level 7) receive an annual surprise gift when achieving best friends status. However, we'll keep the details under wraps for added excitement!
When Best Friends (level 7) stay with kids, each kid can select a gift upon check-in. This benefit is valid for each kid and stay within the booking (up to 12 years old), allowing only one boost per kid even if there are multiple Best Friends (level 7) present in the group.
