Valentine’s Day is usually about making hearts flutter, but this year, we’re also learning how to keep them beating.
On Saturday, February 14, we invite you to bring someone you care about, whether it’s a partner, a sibling, or a friend—to a free "CPR-date". In a relaxed setting that celebrates care, you’ll gain the confidence to perform chest compressions and use a defibrillator. Because while we hope you never have to use this knowledge, it can mean everything when it matters most.
