Our dual-concept restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy some of life’s finer pleasures. In Scandic Nürnberg Central, we offer an eclectic range of delicious dishes throughout the day to cater to all your culinary fancies. In the morning, you can tuck into a memorable breakfast buffet in our restaurant Public Kitchen & Bar, which will impress with its sustainable approach: at least half of the buffet offering is organic, our coffee is Fair Trade and we focus on serving regional and seasonable produce. In keeping with the Swedish flair for interior design, the restaurant’s stucco ceilings, subtle colours and materials, such as velvet, create an ambience that is both classy and cosy at the same time.

Our restaurant is also the perfect place for you to enjoy your evening meal. We’ve put together a creative menu where silken tofu, pork belly and sauerkraut feel completely at ease with one another. Discover Franconian fusion cuisine in which traditional dishes are reinvented using different preparation methods or are given a modern twist – all accompanied by regional craft beers and wine or home-made lemonade.
