Stay right next to one of the country’s best ski resorts. Scandic Hafjell is located 700 metres from Hafjell ski resort, offering 44 km of slopes divided into 32 runs, from green to black levels of difficulty, as well as several areas for those wanting to test their twin-tip or snowboarding skills. In addition, there are 600 km of fantastic cross-country ski trails in the area. Let the gondola take you to the top of the mountain, and then glide right onto the cross-country ski trails.
Hafjell ski resort is part of Lillehammer Ski Resort, and the ski pass gives you access to 5 different skiing facilities.
Our hotel offers many of the facilities you can expect to find at a mountain hotel, with everything from ski storage, sauna, indoor pool, and a cosy sitting room with fireplace where you can relax and enjoy a drink after an active day on the slopes.

Enjoy your ski holiday in Oslo this winter, and stay at Scandic Holmenkollen Park. Our swimming pool and sauna awaits you after a long day on the slopes.
With a location 350 metres above sea level, and with Oslo’s largest ski resort, Oslo Vinterpark, as your closest neighbor, you’ll have the best starting point for an active winter stay. The winter park offers varied challenges with a total of 18 slopes and 11 ski lifts, of which 3 are chair lifts. If you would rather do some cross-country skiing, you’ll find a large network of trails in Nordmarka.
In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious meal in our hotel restaurant De Fem Stuer, accompanied by Oslo’s most beautiful views. If you miss the hustle and bustle of the city, Oslo city center is only 10 minutes away, with its large selection of restaurants, cafes and nightlife.

Plan an active and fun trip to Lillehammer and stay at one of our hotels here. Our hotels are located centrally in the city, within walking distance of both buses and trains. The ski resorts Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Skeikampen, Gala and Sjusjoen are all located in the region of Lillehammer and Gudbrandsdalen.
The Opplandstrafikk bus to Hafjell stops right outside our hotels, with departure every morning and return every afternoon.
Altogether the 5 ski resorts make up Lillehammer Ski Resort, which can be visited with the same lift pass. For the daring, don't miss a visit to Lillehammer Olympic bob and luge track, where you can test bob rafting and four-man bobsleigh.
Travel to family-friendly Trysil and stay at Scandic Elgstua or our newest addition, Scandic Central Elverum. Our hotels are located approx. 45 minutes from SkiStar Trysil, a modern ski resort with 4 linked ski areas. SkiStar Trysil offers large kids' areas and varied skiing on long and wide slopes.
If you want to stay around our hotel, you’ll find great cross-country ski trails at Grundsetmarka in Elverum, as well as a lit ski trail to Djupmyrkoia cabin, with food service Wednesday evenings, weekends and holidays. This ski trail is Scandic Elgstua's next-door neighbor, and when there's enough snow, the trail starts just 50 metres from our hotel.
After a good night’s sleep, you can start a new day with our generous and award-winning breakfast buffet. Scandic Elgstua won the award for having the county’s best hotel breakfast for the 4th year in a row in 2017.
Take your skiing to new heights at Narvikfjellet mountain, one of Scandinavia’s coolest ski resorts. Families and beginners can enjoy the kids’ ski lift and several adapted slopes with jumps, kids games and park elements. For the more experienced alpine skier, the resort offers several technical slopes that guarantee a good dose of adrenaline.
Narvikfjellet has one of Scandinavia’s highest vertical drops and you can enjoy world-class off-piste skiing here. The ski resort begins in the city at approximately 200 meters above sea level and the ski lifts take you up to 1006 meters above sea level in 10–15 minutes.

Valdres offers a varied and exciting alpine and snowboard scene with slopes for everyone. Test the summits of the Jotunheimen foothills or experience an abundance of winter activities for the whole family.
Scandic Valdres is located a short drive from, for example, Beitostolen, Aurdal Fjellpark and Vaset ski resorts. These destinations share a joint lift pass that can be used in all the different ski resorts, so you’ll have the chance to experience different slopes every day.
Scandic Valdres enjoys an idyllic location on the shores of Strandefjord in Fagernes and offers facilities such as a gym, pool and sauna.

Lofoten is an ideal destination for mountain trips during winter since off-piste skiing is all the rage. Stay on an idyllic private island at Scandic Svolvær or in the wild west at Scandic Leknes Lofoten. The slopes at Lofoten Alpinsenter and Kongstind Alpinsenter are open for the less daring, or for families on holiday.
