Scandic Fornebu is one of the largest meeting and conference hotels in Eastern Norway with conference facilities of over 1,100 sqm and a capacity of up to 1,350 people. Our restaurant has great views of Oslo fjord with a large terrace and outdoor seating in the summer. In our à la carte restaurant we serve our large breakfast buffet, as well as lunch, dinner and tasty drinks from the bar. It is also possible to arrange banquet dinners and other private events. The hotel offers a barception and 24-hour lobby shop, with a selection of light meals, snacks and beverages. Free WIFI in all rooms and public areas.
Scandic Fornebu has 180-degree views of Oslo fjord. There are beaches, hiking trails and marine life right on your doorstep. The surrounding area is also perfect for beach volleyball, windsurfing and golf at the indoor golf centre at Fornebu. Our hotel is located close to Telenor Arena, and after a concert or event at the arena, it’s great to be able to walk back to our hotel. Bygdoy is only 10 minutes from our hotel by car. Here you can visit the polar ship Fram, Viking Ship Museum, Norwegian Folk Museum and Maritime Museum. Our hotel is located 45 minutes by car from Oslo Gardermoen Airport and popular TusenFryd amusement park.
