We are expanding our range of vegan, healthy, green and local options, so you can enjoy an even more inviting breakfast spread when you stay with us.
We work closely with many of the best suppliers in the industry to bring you wholesome and tasty vegan options. At Scandic, you’ll have no trouble finding the vegan products in the breakfast buffet. Our 100% vegan options are marked with a green label, and our breakfast hosts are always happy to help if you’re wondering about the contents or origin of any of our products.
If you stay at Scandic Vulkan in Oslo, you’ll be offered spelt bread from the Handwerk bakery, and honey directly from the bees kept on the roof of our hotel. You’ll always find products from local suppliers in our hotels. One of these suppliers is “Grønne folk” (Green People), a small company from Frosta in Trondelag, right in the heart of the green food basin in Norway. This company and Eidum farm bakery are just some of the local suppliers providing breakfast at our Scandic Nidelven hotel, which serves Norway’s best breakfast.
