It’s no secret that breakfast holds a special place in our heart. Our passion for breakfast comes to life every single morning, through every single breakfast chef, breakfast host and barista. We are expanding our range of vegan, healthy, green and local options, so you can enjoy an even more inviting breakfast spread when you stay with us.

We work closely with many of the best suppliers in the industry to bring you wholesome and tasty vegan options. At Scandic, you’ll have no trouble finding the vegan products in the breakfast buffet. Our 100% vegan options are marked with a green label, and our breakfast hosts are always happy to help if you’re wondering about the contents or origin of any of our products.

At Scandic we serve a breakfast buffet with vegan, vegetarian and allergy-friendly products. The initiative is based on feedback we received from guests who have certain types of allergies, intolerances or who are vegans. Most of our hotels offer a separate station and fridge with allergy-friendly options.

We offer allergy-friendly local products in all our six countries. The offering and the variety of the suppliers can vary on each market e.g certified products by Debio in Norway and products from Oatly, Risenta, Schär and Planti in Sweden. Products such as oat-based beverages and yoghurt, soy yoghurt and rice beverages, gluten-free muesli and bread, dried fruits and berries, vegan cheese.
