Book using codes/discounts
I have a discount code/bonus cheque/reward night, where do I fill in the code when I book?
Click on Booking Code, Bonus Cheque or Reward Night and enter the code in the ‘Add booking code’ field in our booking dialogue. Discount codes that you can use here include gift cards and promotion codes.
How do I book with a corporate agreement?
Click on Booking Code, Bonus Cheque or Reward Night and enter the code in the ‘Add booking code’ field in our booking dialogue. Enter the agreement code (eg. D number: D123456789).
How do I book with a student discount?
You must have a valid booking code. This can be found on the Mecenat website, along with terms and conditions for student discounts. Enter the code in the ‘Add booking code’ field in our booking dialogue.
How do I book a room online using a gift card?
Instructions for booking with a gift card can be found on the front of your gift card.
Please note that gift cards with values of 100 or 500 can only be used when booking Flex products, as payment must take place at the hotel. These gift cards cannot therefore be used to book Save or other products that are charged at the time of booking.

Change or cancel a reservation
How do I cancel or make changes to my reservation?
Bookings made on the website can be both changed or cancelled here, click on ‘View booking/Cancellation’. Bookings made via central booking or directly with the hotel cannot be changed/cancelled via the website. Please contact our central booking on telephone number +46 8 517 517 00.
Debit and credit cards
Can I book via the website without giving my credit card number?
Yes, you can book without prepaying your reservation. Payment takes place at the hotel instead. However, reservations at a Save rate and some promotions must be paid at the time of booking.
Why can't I use my debit/credit card to book?
Be careful not to use any special characters in the boxes for name and card number, e.g. (.) (,) (-) (/) (:).
