FAQS Group leisure

Scandic is working with a specialization of our hotel portfolio and the following hotels will be specialized towards the group leisure segment:

• *Bed and Breakfast hotels only, no possibility for other food or beverages options or luggage service.
• ** Special rates

Food and beverage inforation for the season 2024/2025

• Breakfast or lunch box (take away and packed by hotel) = NOK 145 per person (no free policy). The content will be based on elements from the buffet.
• Lunch 2cr = NOK 395 per person (no free policy) for all hotels service lunch where lunch rate is not contracted.
• Lunch 3cr = NOK 495 per person (no free policy) for all hotels service lunch where lunch rate is not contracted.
• Dinner at Scandic Norway will for the season 2024/2025 predominantly consist of buffet. In the case of low occupancy, the hotel may choose to serve 3 course (the menu will be decided on the day of arrival).

Response times

• Response times below are based on the criteria that the subject field contains the following elements: Hotel name + Date in format dd.mm (letter no numbers). yyyy + reason (e.g. New Request, Rooming list, amendment, cancellation etc).

****This is dependent on signed contracts; no groups will be confirmed until this time.

Other information

• All requests should be sent to NLD@Scandichotels.com. No requests should be sent to directly to the hotels, except for franchise hotels.
• Scandic Norway does not work with waitlists – all requests will be either accepted or declined. All customers are free to enquire again at a later stage.
• Requests without specified dates or hotels; e.g “Request for 20 rooms in Oslo from 1.June – 1.July”, will be returned for more details.
• Rooming lists, arrival/departure- and meal times which are provided after set deadlines may not be guaranteed.
• In the case you decide to book rooms individually online or through a third party you will not be able to adhere to any group rates/terms and conditions etc. – you will be treated as individuals.
• Scandic Norway also consists of a few franchise hotels, and they operate separately from the rest of the hotels in Scandic Norway. Please see below a list and their contact e-mail.
