Stroll along Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel’s love trail, see Karl XI’s hunting lodge, or sit back on the Blockhusudden boulder with a picnic basket. Let the joggers, dog walkers, romantic couples and bon vivants pass you by. During summer the bay are crowded with sailing boats.

You can spin around on the rides at Grona Lund amusement park, loose yourself in the fairytale world of Junibacken, or visit the outdoor museum of Skansen and get to know the Swedish animal life and history. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants where you can delight your taste buds with traditional Swedish cuisine at Wärdhuset Ulla Winbladh restaurant, or have a lunch in the café at Rosendals Trädgård gardens. Take a sightseeing tour around the island and through the canal by boat.
