What should I do if I haven't received my receipt?

If you haven't received a receipt for your stay via e-mail, you can contact the hotel and we will send you a new receipt. Contact information for the hotel can be found on the hotel website.

Gift cards

Where can I purchase Scandic gift cards?

Our gift cards are sold at all Scandic hotels. They are available to purchase in the amounts 100 and 500 (local currency). Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you are not able to get to one of our hotels, contact our head office on +46 8 517 350 00.

When is breakfast served at the hotel?
