What should I do if I haven't received my receipt?

If you haven't received a receipt for your stay via e-mail, you can contact the hotel and we will send you a new receipt. Contact information for the hotel can be found on the hotel website.

How do I guarantee my reservation for late arrival?

Please contact the hotel to guarantee your booking for late arrival. You can find contact information to the hotel on the hotel website.

Gift cards

Where can I purchase Scandic gift cards?

  • You can buy our digital gift cards and recieve a pdf card, click here
  • We aslo sell gift cards at our hotels. The gift cards sold at the hotels are paper gift card in fixed value of 100 and 500 (local currency). You can also buy gift cards directly from our head office if you're not able to get to one of our hotels. Contact our head office on +46 8 517 350 00.

All our Gift cards are valid 12 months from date of purchase. 


When is breakfast served at the hotel?

Please note! Our breakfast buffet is not included in the room rate Save and Flex at our hotels in Germany and Poland and at some of our signature hotels in Sweden and Norway but is available to add as an optional extra. Contact the hotel for price information.
