Although Louisiana is well-attended by art enthusiasts, the museum has something for everybody: The museum's own art collection, temporary exhibitions from great international artists, films, concerts, a children's house with three floors, a café and museum shop with a large selection of art books, graphics, posters and design. At the same time, the beautiful park surrounding the museum is the perfect place to admire its collection of modern sculptures. Take a walk whilst enjoying the view of Oresund, the Sculpture Park, Calder Terrace, glass corridors and exhibition halls above and below ground.
Kids are also very welcome at the Louisiana. The special children’s house offers creative activities for kids. There are open workshops every day giving kids between the ages of 4 and 16 the chance to be creative, with everything from painting to modelling wax and drawings.
